The hotel's location was perfect as it was just a few steps away from the river and beach. There were several great restaurants nearby where you could indulge in Portuguese cuisine. the room was comfortable, clean and spacious with well-designed bathroom. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. the hotel's courtyard offered a pleasant view and atmosphere.

Some guests mentioned a slight smell of humidity in the room.

The advertised Wi-Fi was not working and it affected my work. I was told by the receptionist that the Wi-Fi was not working and she did not offer any solution or explanation.

Our new year's stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with a few nice amenities such as a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The location was perfect, just steps away from a variety of restaurants and close to the sea. We enjoyed the courtyard view as well.

The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, which was a major inconvenience for us. We were disappointed that there was no solution offered by the staff and it negatively impacted our experience.
